I brought my Michael Kors watch in for a battery change. Because it is a "premium brand," they charged me $25 for a watch battery. When the installation was complete, the chronograph no longer worked.
I returned to the store with my receipt and explained the problem. They spent some time working on it, then tried to tell me that it was fixed. The chronograph only worked for a few seconds then stopped.
Dakota Watch would not take responsibility for breaking my $300 watch, and now I must send it back to the factory for a minimum $100 repair. Never again.
