  • Would love this place because it's affordable, clean, and the people are typically very nice, except my child only went once and then a second time 6 months later and both times he got head lice. I called the facility to notify them, and they were in complete denial. The person I spoke to was rude and excessively defensive. Will not return here because of this. I understand that lice can become a problem in any facility, but to deny the problem despite evidence and without even checking out a complaint is unacceptable.
