  • Scam! Bought a voucher for carpet cleaning through Amazon local. I booked the appointment through the Sunrise website as they recommended and printed out the appointment confirmation. We spent the morning emptying rooms and getting ready for them and they never showed or called. I called twice to see if/when they would be coming and got voicemail. They never bothered to return my calls. The good news is that I contacted Amazon and explained what happened and they immediately refunded the money. They may do a good job is you can get them to show up but, they sure aren't very dependable.
