  • Playing phone tag by myself. Go else where. I called to set up an appt and schedule all the necessary procedures. The 1st lady couldn't answer any of my questions and put me on hold for quite a while. She said someone will get back to me soon. Next day still no one called back. So I called back a few times at different times. Finally someone answers and said oh yea I remember you called no one got back to you. Nope that's why I'm calling again. Someone will definitely get back to you by 5pm today. Ok so it's pass 5pm still no call back. 2 days went by called again. Finally someone answered some of my questions. But she said they're very busy and she will call me back after her two services. Waited for a call that never came. Gave up after a week of trying to get in contact with them to set up a service. Went somewhere else. It's just unbelievable.
