  • A previous engagement got cancelled so the crew and I ended up having a few hours to spare. None of us felt like gambling nor did we really want to do anything strenuous, so we all agreed to catch a flick. Brenden was the closest theater from our location. (TIP: IT IS INSIDE THE PALMS CASINO.) And since they were offering the $22 special with the Yelp check-in, it was a no brainer. $22 gets you 2 tickets, 2 drinks and a large popcorn. I checked in. So did Hubbers via his own Yelp account. The discount covered all 4 of us! It was a steal! The entire area (inside and outside the theater) was pretty clean, they were generous with the popcorn and drinks and the staff were all smiles. So, yeah... it's safe to say, I liked it here.
