| - I was disappointed with this hotel simply because they advertise it wrong. They say this is the upgrade to the regular hotel at Caesars Palace, but I don't see how This is the only hotel I've stayed at in vegas that doesn't have a tub (shower only), minimal outlets, only one place with an USB outlet, no desk or work station, and the room itself if very basic.
To top off this "boutique hotel" I forgot wound dressings since I just had surgery a week prior. My doctor shipped it to the hotel overnight for me. I tell the concierge fedex will be dropping off my small envelope from my doctor before 10:30am and they said I would need to personally sign for it and that they would not hold it for me at the concierge even with notice or consent. FIRST hotel who has ever said this to me when a package is shipped...usually that is the point of concierge service is to accommodate guest, not make their stay as difficult as possible. I told her i'm on a work trip so I do not have the option of staying in my hotel all day. No solution was offered other than being told it is their policy. Then I get back from my conference around 6pm with a message on the phone saying the front desk is holding my package but they will charge me a $10.00 fee if I want to pick it up. What? For a small envelope the size of normal mail,??? I would only expect this type of "service" at a motel, not a "luxury boutique" hotel. I highly suggest Encore, Palazzo, Aria, or Cosmo if you want a nicer room with friendly and more accommodating customer service.
**definitely not a place to stay for anyone on a business trip as their is no work station and minimal outlets throughout the room***
