  • Do not use this company for towing, they are the worse. No communication on what is going on. I was scheduled to have my car picked up by 640 and they didn't get it until 9pm. Then the drop off location was closed so they took my car back to the tow shop and was supposed to drop it off first thing this morning but the driver took my keys home with him last night. So we had to wait for him to bring the keys back so that my car could be dropped off. Needless to say my car made it to the dealership at about 150pm today, which is 19 hours after it was scheduled for pick up. Now my car may not be fixed until Tuesday due to their mess up. I called to explain the situation and asked about beimh compensated for a rental car since i now may be out of a car until Tuesday. The co-owner Tammy has been caught up in a lie saying she contacted the dealership and they said they wouldn't be able to order the part until Tuesday regardless but the dealer hasn't even looked at my car because it is in the same spot that their driver dropped it off at 150pm . They are liars and I wouldn't ever recommend them to anybody.
