  • Living in the waterford apartments was the worse experience. Office/management company was also horrible. They were consistently changing the rules on the leases. Miserable people for sure. One thing for sure you better like dogs, because majority of people had dogs and did not clean up after them. And the dogs barked all the time. Do NOT rent there and especially rent on the first or second floor unless you want to hear noise and people walking all the time. We lived on the first floor and the amount of noise you would here from the people above was unbelievable. All day and all night long they were walking like a herd of cattle above you. The breezeways were always dirty. If you asked to have it cleaned, then they would. If you don't ask, they never would clean it. Very expensive place and not worth it! So glad to be gone! I do not recommend this place.
