My move in experience has by far been the best. I did not have to wait on a realtor to come and show me the rental properties. I received a code and let myself in. I applied online to get the house I wanted and they approved me within 2 days because I applied over the weekend. Then when I was ready to move in, I was contacted by Jenneal Bell and received a email with detailed information of how to move in! Super easy and convenient! Signed my lease and all needed paperwork through their website. I love that everything was done online and I did not have to go get any money orders and take them anywhere. The only thing I don't like is that they keep the water bill in their name and tenants have to pay $9.99 every month to use a service just to see the bill and I was surprised with a one time $25 set up fee for it that I was not told about. The house I'm in has a point central control where I can unlock and lock the door, turn on and off my air and heating system all from my phone. I can schedule when I want it to come on and everything. It costs extra but I love it! Regardless of the monthly fee I loved everything about the company and how they have their move in process. The only time I ever met anyone was when Daniel came out for my move in orientation. A few things needed to be fixed and he fixed them before he left. Everything is done via their website so I pay my rent and request repairs via the website. Been here a little over a month and it's been the best decision ever. I can't wait for my mom to move and hopefully they can use this company and have the same experience that I had!
