  • Went here to get my nails done for my wedding. At first I got this guy, who was SO RUDE. I had asked him if he had any pink/nude gel shade and he immediately goes to me "Whatever we have out in the sample that's it. . " WOW okay, cause there are like a dozen of those nail samples right!? So when he started applying this color that I chose, once it dried i noticed that it looked too pinkish. I politely told him that this wasn't a good color and if I can switch, then he got so nasty and was like "I already put the nail polish (gel) on you, you need to pay extra!" WOW RUDE!!!!! I'm sorry that it was my wedding day and I just wanted the perfect nails. So when I said that was fine, suddenly I'm being ushered to a different table with a new person, this time a woman. Well the only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars, versus 1, is because she saved that appointment! How come she found that one shade I was looking for, and he couldn't?!?!?! GRRR ! Never again. I understand that this place is the "hottest" place to go to, but seriously some of their people have become big-headed and plain jerks. Sorry Polished Nails & Spa, you're becoming too stuck up for me!
