  • This is the most unprofessional flower shop I have ever dealt with. I was spending $200 on a arrangement I picked out from their books. I only changed it by putting it into a vase instead of a stand for a funeral. The arrangement that I ordered had Roses and lilies in it. All of this was changed with no phone call to me. However when it showed up for the person it did not have either one of those. They (the florist) decided to change the roses out for carnations (the cheapest flower there is) and the lilies out for sweet peas which is also a cheaper flower. On top of this the carnations were only around the bottom of the arrangement and some of them were broken at the top of the stem. They wanted to make it up with a second boutique which was going to contain the roses and lilies that the first boutique was suppose to have. When this one arrived it arrived days late with not even a phone call. So when the second one showed up it looked like it was thrown together with not thought or care at all. Flat on one side and lots of green. The first one also was mostly green not a lot of flowers, mostly fillers. Crappy service as well, I went in to pick everything out and paid for part of the arrangement. A co-worker of mine was calling in to finish paying the remaining balance. When he called in a woman answered the phone and just started yelling at him cussing and saying that I did not work there when that is not what he was asking or saying. He said he wanted to pay the remaining balance and my name. She just cussed and yelled at him and hung up. I tried calling in to take care of the problem, the same woman answered the phone and started yelling at me, saying I do not work there and that she will have someone else call my co-worker and then she hung up on me. Then when I called the next day to find out about a good time to come and get a full refund due to the situation the told us they would take off the remaining balance. I guess with that they decided to change the arrangement to something way cheaper so they still made a lot of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CHANGES MADE WITH NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE.
