  • Horrible experience. Sales team eager and willing to sell and sell and sell. When the appliance arrived it was the wrong color. Too bad. We were encouraged to keep the appliance until the correct one could be delivered. Then things came unraveled. 6 attempts to deliver the correct appliance so far. It was too late, workers were over worked, the lift broke, the time was bad, etc etc etc....I am convinced Sears is trying to force us to keep the wrong appliance, the appliance we did not want but the appliance Sears wanted us to have......don't buy from sears
