  • They use scare tactics to sell you insurance. They stated that even with car insurance that covers rentals and even if it's not our fault it would take 30 days to repair any damage and we would have to pay daily rental fees for a month. When we declined he said "good luck!" the service was terrible. All the employees looked like they didn't want to be there.
