My recent experience with the AAA Insurance department in providing a quote for policies was less than satisfactory. The whole process took over one week, and the result was a mess of undervalues properties, missing coverages, and incorrectly-assumed deductibles. The rep missed his self-imposed deadlines three times. After reviewing and finding at least 13 errors, I decided not to spend more time trying to update the quote. I have been a AAA member for 36 years and have never had such a disappointing experience.
