I had a 7 a.m. appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I have their preventive maintenance package. I got there at 6:50 a.m. I was the second car in the gate. I got out of there at 8:50 a.m. The staff knew I was pissed. The young mechanic made sure to throw away my customer survey they usually leave hanging in the mirror. I retrieved it from the trash and let the service manager know. He replied that he must not know to leave it. Which is funny because when I got into the car there was trash on the dash and the paper cover on the floor still. This is not the first time I had terrible service there. Buy a $50k car there and get terrible service. Won't be back.
