  • Uh....if any one of you wants to know about facials and my friend who got a massage....uh...please go somewhere else? 120$ for a facial of 50 mins that includes 5 mins of trying to sell you products- No thank you. If you want extractions to be done, do it yourself with a Kleenex in the comfort of your home because they don't use professional tools... everything is just thrown on your face and rubbed real quick lol ...Then you go to the receptionist to complete a satisfaction survey. Obviously I wrote what I had to and then I was followed in the exit area and the lady comes to show me the cotton pad they use for the extractions...seriously I know that. Then, I was also told 60 mins includes you taking off your clothes and wearing them again and couple minutes explaining to you the products they sell and giving you a "prescription" for the products lmao. They were kind enough to give me 15% discount even though I didn't ask for it. Thanks but never again.
