  • I requested a quote online for cleaning services and got an instant reply from Bala. He was really nice and professional. We scheduled cleaning for about 3 days later then Bala texted to offer an early day. I accepted, the cleaning lady was there the exact time scheduled. I left her in my house alone while she cleaned and was pleased with the results. My kids room had toys everywhere and she organized them in one area and tackled that jungle. I didn't like the cleaner used on my floors, it left a weird sticky residue. I provided Bala with this feedback and he was professional accepting feedback and offer other options going forward. Over all I was pleased with the service and have set up for regular cleaning.
