  • I admit. I have a love/hate relationship with Lowes. I think it all depends on who helps you!! I have had some of the best customer service ever, and some of the absolute worst!! I was in the other day looking for something and the salesman ASSURED me that what I wanted was no longer made. Even after I asked if they did not make it, or if the store did not carry it. "No, they stopped making those years ago!" Then tried to convince me to spend more to "rig" something that would fit my requests. I told him I was going to check the other Big Box home supply store. GUESS WHAT?? YES, you guessed it! They had exactly what I was looking for, and it was cheaper! Lesson Learned. On the flip side, when needing a ton of stuff for a 3 bathroom renovation, the person in the bath department was incredibly helpful! He helped me put it al together, order what was needed, etc. So I shop here cautiously, that is my experience. Love it or hate it.
