  • The Budget Suites on this page is a problem in it's neighborhood. This area has been gentrified and fixed up with luxury condos and upscale apartments. Unfortunately, this ghetto of a hotel is still there. Before the fence surrounding it was closed off and made higher by neighboring high quality complexes, the people at this place were a menace; kids running wild and attempting to vandalize cars, graffiti, screaming and yelling, fighting, etc. The higher fence at least reduces the occasional noise. This place does not belong in this otherwise greatly improved part of the city.
