  • I have to start out with this is my normal Starbucks I frequent quite a few times a week, I am a very proud gold card holder and always work early in the morning so I rarely see the team that works during the day, during my last few days off I have gone in after 9am and I must admit this is night and day to what I'm used to in regards to customer service. The few times I had to come in around 10/11am they have forgotten something on my order or just ignored me when I asked for something as simple as a drink tray or a bag. I also noticed for almost a week they didn't have napkins (just the ones you find in the bathroom) I don't want to see one of the better Starbucks around here go down hill but it starts with consistency. I just would like the same amazing service during the early morning, I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering anyone I know that you are always busy but should never be to busy to help customers with their order. Hopefully, this gets to the right person and something changes. Thank you for your time.
