The Dailey Method concept is definitely a good one. It is yet another version of the increasingly popular exercise model developed by Lotte Berk. I tried both Karve and The Dailey Method Scottsdale and my big gripe is the quality of your work-out is almost COMPLETELY dependent on the quality of your instructor. Given that this concept is so new to our area, there are only a handful of instructors in the whole Valley that are worth the $20 class.
I did a little research and found several fabulous DVD series that give you the absolute best workout because they are taught by the experts. I bought DVD'S from "The Bar Method", Core Fusion and Physique 57 (the studio Kelly Ripa credits for her gorgeous arms) and for less than $100 have several unbelievable work outs I can do from the comfort of my home at my convenience.
Hopefully in a few years the quality of instructors will be worth the cost of the class, until then I'll stick to my Bikram classes and my DVD workouts.
