rev:text	I'm usually not one to review places but I had to for this location. Upon initially entering the room, it seemed decent but I quickly found out otherwise. I usually stay with the Hilton chain being an honors member, but may have to look elsewhere after what I saw today. I just drove over 1,000 miles and was looking forward to a good night's rest. The pillows and sheets were yellow and the bed was rock hard. I cannot sleep. I was curious to see what the mattress looked like underneath the fitted sheet only to discover a dial for firmness. If it wasn't for this curiosity we wouldn't have ever known. We called the front desk and they didn't seem to genuinely care and asked if we changed the dial and that it takes ten minutes for the bed to change firmness and they would call us back in another ten minutes when the supervisor arrived. It was well past the ten minute mark and hardly a change in the mattress. The supervisor then called and talked in an unconcerning, monotone voice with an accent that was difficult to understand. We were told to wait on extra pillows for an unknown reason and received them about half an hour later. Those pillows were clean but flat. We also received two additional comforters that were actually white unlike the sheets on the bed. But that does not make up for the hard and lumpy bed. The floor may have been more comfortable. I would have rather stayed at a budget motel. I had higher standards for the price point that I paid. I felt my money was wasted and will never be staying at this hotel again. There was no legitimate concern for us. Seemed like no one cared since all rooms were sold out and they couldn't move us.
