The most shockingly terrible customer service! I received a rude voicemail from Angel, regarding an order that was placed via Teleflora at "a very late date" in which she asked if I would even be there to receive the flowers. Her tone was sour and dismissive. I called back to express how upset I was with this low level of customer service only to have Angel tell me "I'm tired...I've been here all day...I'm hungry!...We're so busy!" Then she began to CRY on the phone with me...As someone who works in customer service, I was appalled and dismayed that someone would conduct themselves like this! All it took was an apology.
Once the flowers arrived, the delivery man would not even leave them! He took them and left without any explanation! After getting him on the phone, the gentleman (I use that word loosely) remarked, "Who are you? The principle? Are you going to take me to school? This isn't worth the $15 to us! You aren't even the customer- you're the recipient! You're not even our client!" They refused to deliver the flowers and even cancelled the order through Teleflora, because apparently my wanting to speak with someone about how I didn't appreciate their customer service was asking too much.
Really remarkable that people would act this way and still expect people to use them. As someone who works in event planning and luxury real estate, I will be SURE to tell this story to anyone who asks about florists. Even worse for them, I live in a luxury high rise and our concierge has noted the experience and will not be recommending them-too bad, since we have over 700 units.
Cannot say it enough: TERRIBLE!
