| - Ive only tried the Macarons. So Im just basing it there. Im gonna be comparing a lot of it to Yann Haute Patisserie too, sooo. Anyways, the pistachio one is okay. It lacks flavour and it just tasted eh. It wasnt very sweet and its not as good as the ones at Yann. The Raspbery Hibiscus is pretty good. Its tangy and sweet, filled with flavour and its really a treat, I guess you could compare it to the passion fruit one at Yann? Tangy and just a tiny bit sour. THE SALTED CARAMEL ONE DISAPPOINTED ME. So its very beautiful, caramel, golden colour and sweet, slightly buttery smell, but the taste is UGH. The filling is horridly sweet and the macaron cookie is hecka salty. You would think it would balance out, but NO. First the sweetness hits you and then the salt attacks after. Polar opposites that dont mix. Bleh. Overall the macarons arent very good. I mean, their better than somewhere like a grocery store, but the macaron wasnt very full and chewy. Its just a crunch with lots of air. The only plus is the size, but c'mon Yann Haute has slightly smaller, better quality ones for $0.10 less...I would also like to point out the packaging is just a take out clear container...whereas Yann has a cute box fit for the Macarons...
