rev:text	If I could give this office 10 minus stars I would. This is the worst medical practice I have ever received in my 67 years. A friend referred me to this because I picked Humana (which was a mistake also but that's another review) I selected Dr. Lara Wenner last November 2015 because I was an out of state new enrollee. I was told by the Humana rep that the doctors offices has to put aside appointment times for new enrollees for a physical no more than 2 weeks. I couldn't get an appointment until February and I was told I would have to see the nurse practitioner and any appointment with Dr. Wenner would be at least 6 months!!!! I took a cab to the first appointment and was told the nurse practitioner was out sick. They rescheduled for April, I was enroute in a cab and they called and said the water was off and cancelled my appointment. This office has cancelled five appointments. When I finally get another appointment I had to see the physician assistant. So as of today, 7/26/2016, I finally get another appointment this morning, go in and was told the physician assistant is ill again. I told them I just need a referraI and was handed a new patient forms to fill out!!!!! I a took a cab there and back. What a total waste of my time and money. At least now they try to answer calls, before it would just ring and when they did pickup you would be on hold. It's been 10 months & I still can't get an appointment with Dr. Wenner who is suppose to be my Primary Care Physician!!! This office only cares about milling patients for money and offering substandard care. I have yet to see a real doctor and it's been 10 months. I had better care at free clinics.
