  • Great tour. Our guide, Jody, was absolutely amazing and kept us entertained the entire day. Her knowledge of the area and down to earth personality made the tour of the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon a great experience. Hats off to the driver, Rick, as well. Apparently, he had only been driving with the company for a month, but he drove as if he had been doing this for years. We were a small group, so the bus we were on didn't have a bathroom, but they did their best to accommodate everyone by arranging several pit stops throughout the day and letting people know that they would be willing to stop if there was an emergency. As for the meals, the breakfast and lunch options were sufficient. With regards to the breakfast, you get to choose from a list of options as your first pitstop is a restaurant after all the pickups are completed. Lunch is controlled by the Grand Canyon West facility, but nothing is more hearty than mashed potatoes, corn, beef/chicken, and salad. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to others if you're comparing options. You can tell that the guides love their jobs and want to make the experience memorable for all customers.
