rev:text	I am currently writing this review in my room. There is so much noise I cannot sleep! The staff is not helpful, and not polite! I come to Canada a lot and realized that people here are getting more rude as the years go by. I stayed in this hotel because my sister recommended it, needless to say I am disappointed , esp for the price point that's double what other neighboring hotels are charging . I extended my stay, the rep I was speaking to keeps telling me"you booked through Expedia, so I cannot extend it, I would need to make a new reservation for you" after saying okay and please charge my card on file, agreeing confirming the price, he says " this is the rate, we can't offer you the same rate as Expedia, you can call and extend through them" thank you, it's okay, I'll just book through you, I don't want to call back. " okay, I have to make a new reservation for you, at this point, I think he's kind of annoyed." After making my new reservation/extended stay, he did not mention I need to go and switch out the room key because they will be deactivated on my last supposedly check out date. I had to find out after my key stopped working. So I went downstairs alerted them my key doesn't work, and that I extended my stay and was not aware I needed to swjtch it out. Not only did they apologize for not mentioning it, he said " well, yea it stopped working because you were supposed to come and exchanged new room keys" so I said, well it would have been nice if someone would have mentioned it at the time I did the extension. His response was : with eyes rolling " well , uh yea sorry there's nothing we can do about that , here's your new room key" I won't be staying here anymore in the future. P.S. my sisters room smelled like cigarettes the full 3 days we were here, the moment she walked in. I highly do not recommend this hotel!
