| - I've been coming here for YEARS!!!! Always an amazing time! Food is always ridiculously tasty! & needless to say is my favorite bartender & makes the most amazing drinks... (Brown Derby, is My to go too!) ...anyhow, Last night was my last official night living in Vegas & so of course, I wanted to visit & spend time at my three favorite places, oak & Ivy, Downtown Cocktail Room & end it with some delicious late-night food and drink & Herbs & Rye. Now, again. I've been coming for years!!! & last night I was wrongly, verbally attacked by the black waiter/bar tender, Joe. I was already in my zone, feeling fun, flirty & tipsy & made a silly girl joke about I can't even remember what... & He completely over reacted!!! He was being so rude & obnoxious and sarcastic that I decided to ask for another waiter.. he sees me talking to his manager (lovely Burnett girl) & in front of her proceeds to yell at me, asked me to leave "his bar", told me I was "taking money out of the owners wallet"...& just made a huge ordeal out of nothing, literally through a bitch tantrum in front of management. Made me tear up, because it was my last night in Vegas & I was at one of my favorite places (to which I'm a regular too) & being treated like absolute dirt!! His behavior was completely uncalled for & utterly embarrassing!! I did nothing to deserve that! The manager was sweet and apologized and gave me a different waitress & EVEN STILL, he continued to hover over our table (that was located near the bar) ask my friends questions directed towards me. Again, completely rude and embarrassing and immature AF!!! He asked.. "Will you ask her if she'd like water"..!? Like... excuse me!? NOOOO I ALREADY ASKED FOR ANOTHER WAITRESS BECAUSE OF YOUR Ridiculous ANTICS & So can't you please leave us be...!!? I told him he was insanely rude and I was surprised by his behavior & don't need or want to talk to you! He would just not let it go!!! His manager had to come back over a second time to address the situation again (his attitude) & told him to Leave Our Table Alone! 5-6 years I've been coming to this place and never, have I ever had a bad thing to say about Herbs & Rye.. I've brought hundreds of first timers to this restaurant/bar! I frequently come there on my own and sit at the bar... The bartender was just having a bad night, on some weird power trip & I was the one he decided to take it out on.. NOT COOL!!! Joe (pretty sure That's his name) should be fired. He dose not deserve to work with some of the best bar tenders in Las Vegas. I was truly disgusted by his behavior... shame on you.
