  • My boyfriend purchased his new Street Glide Special, he had the Stage 1 kit with Vance and Hines pipes installed and shortly after, his right side bag fell off while riding down the freeway. Scottsdale Harley is refusing to take ownership of this. They won't admit that they were the last ones that touched it and clearly they re-installed them wrong. After repeated calls, they stopped responding saying they aren't responsible. They are completely responsible! Poor customer service! By the way, when the bag fell off, a car hit it and created damaged for them. Or one of his riding buddies could have hit it and had a major issue. This could have been a lot worse than it is. Scottsdale Harley....shame on you for not accepting responsibility!
