  • i've been to this place a couple times before, never had problems until 10/9/13 @ around 220pm: paid $10 for the ultimate car wash (includes undercarriage wash, pre- and post- soak, high power rinse, wax, etc.) and the machine broke down! it literally squirted some water on the sides and then abruptly stopped!!! the indicator lights (the ones that tell you to go, stop, or back up) lit up go and that was the end of my "car wash". i even tried calling the "comments" phone number at 440-590-0705 and couldn't even leave a message because their mailbox was full! horrible experience overall....and they owe me $10 and/or a car wash! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON AS MANY WEBSITES AS POSSIBLE UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED p.s. their other stalls for quarter washes and vacuums also cost almost twice that of other places and the time allotted for rinse, soap, etc. is so short, you wind up paying more than you expect.
