Do not stay at this hotel!
I used a free night through Hotels.com and chose to stay at this hotel. When I arrived I was asked for my credit card to pay for the $50 pet fee which I did. 2 days after my stay I noticed a charge for 1 night was charged on my Credit card by Homes2Suites when I had already used my free rewards night. Contacted Hotels.com which confirmed they used my reward and Homes2Suites should have never charged me. I put a dispute on my credit card BUT I have called to speak to the Manager at the hotel 3 times and she (Ms. Evans) never called me back. My credit card company is still trying to rectify the problem. Each time I called I left my phone number and a detailed message but still no refund and no return call. Horrible customer service.
