I love Mecka! Classes are great. I am a triathlete so it is nice to get a full body muscle/HIIT workout in when I don't have time to lift during triathlon season. I also love getting a quick 10-12 miles in during a spinning class -- not having to hit the road on a weeknight is always a training perk. My only wish/suggestion: add classes at a time in the mornings between ridiculously early and too late. There are plenty of options at 5:30-5:45, but nothing between then and 9:30AM. I would attend a 6:30 or 7/7:30 class everyday because I don't need to head into the office until 9, as do a lot of people. I think it'd be a great time slot.
