I was in need of immediate repair. When I explained the situation to the man on the phone, not only did he put me off, saying he couldn't take the car for another week, he asked me very little things about the car and he made it sound like they outsource to other mechanics because they would "sent it out' after it was brought in. I immediately found another mechanic close by who asked me so many questions without me having to tell him. Very glad I didn't go to Bento's!
