I ordered a Patio Umbrella online waited 3 hours but to email or whatsoever to pick it up. So I called the branch, I was transferred about 4 times, had to repeat myself every time. Finally spoke to a guy name Ryan M. So I gave my order number, then I asked what happened to your online slogan "Order Online and Pick Up in Store in 1 Hour"? It's been 3 hours I didn't purchase any lumber or garden stones. He just said "it says online that it can take more than that" so I said it does not say that ANYWHERE. The employee himself does not know what is indicated online. The item was not processed at all, seems like he just started when I called. I will never purchase anything from this store ever! The employee I spoke to is not very knowledgeable and the service is so poor I wouldn't even give a star if I don't have to.
