  • Didn't stay here for an overnight visit but wanted to write about their excellent service. I spent the afternoon having a meeting here with my business partner in their open areas and we frequented the Starbucks, the hotel store, had lunch at Toro and dinner at the La Hacienda. The open spaces, bathrooms, courtyard are clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is a gorgeous resort. Got lost driving to the hotel as the GPS in my car went out because of the freak sun flare yesterday and when I called the hotel the concierge patiently gave me directions to the hotel. Concierge on duty gave excellent service. From the concierge, restaurant wait staff to the bellmen that took us to Toro for lunch, everyone here was cheery, knowledgeable and wanting to help. Can't wait to do a staycation at this hotel.
