My description of Chapman service is the real deal . Not coerced, not purchased, just honest. This is my experience of continued service over time and to its current completion. This is a history...so be patient. Know that I will continue to bring my 2009 Jeep Unlimited Sahara to Chapman for many years to come.
I was wise when I bought the LifeCare package from Chrysler in 2009 which covers the vehicle for life for most large product failures - engine, transmission, electrical, computer, etc. IT SAVED MY CAR & BANK ACCOUNT. I don't know if it is still available since FIAT bought the line. If it is BUY IT. Especially if you are purchasing a car with the intent of keeping it for a long time. I bought the Jeep to keep. If you have the same intent this post is for you.
It is important to stay on top of required maintenance - things like oil changes, differential lube juice change outs (sorry not a autophile who knows how to describe this - lube juice will do for Yelp purposes). Tire and brake upkeep - not a problem with Chapman - they keep you abreast of all work upcoming that might be necessary in their post-service reports.
UPDATE: Sold my Jeep Wrangler Sahara to Chapman and got a fair price. Will buy another Jeep or Ram product in the next few months.
UPDATE 1/17: Pricing a new Ram truck with Chapman - will let you know how the negotiations go. Regardless of where I buy it, this will be my service destination. Second to none.
