  • My 2 senior dogs have been groomed all their lives and are well-behaved; they know the drill. We recently adopted a darling male Pekingese-Maltese mix whose former owner neglected him, leaving him crated 14-16 hrs a day. Poor boy didn't know basic commands, was a nightmare to hold and caress, he puppy-nibbled everything, especially hands and fingers. Our usual groomer tried, last month, but failed to shave Poquito due to his wiggling and fighting against being held, much less groomed! His only haircut thus far was given under anesthesia when he was being neutered at the shelter (he had a matted-down Afro when surrendered by owner). Alicia came over and, with her wonderful assistant, took all three out to her truck, then brought them all back in a little over two hours! Her products are high-quality, prices very affordable for the services she provides, her standards are HIGH and her manner extremely pleasing to the dogs (and people, too!). I'm so happy with her work and the service in general that I've scheduled grooming every month, like before, but she comes to me and her work is superior to my former gal! Well worth her comparable prices. Gotta try her, esp if your dog grooming is a chore. Alicia is fantastic! My babies look and smell beautiful, thanks to her.
