  • This place has one of the best coffee shops ever (located between main entrance and ER). Definitely worth stopping to visit. It's THAT good. The facility is clean and the parking is ample. My husband had surgery here and one ER visit. Not impressed with the ER setup at all. The doctor and nurses were wonderful, but the registration desk/waiting process needs help. Everyone associated with pre and post op was excellent. My main issues were once he went to the surgical floor. There were some great nurses and the attending physician was also excellent. There were some nurses who had the potential to be good or great, but you can see they are clearly overworked. Too many small mistakes that could have really made a difference (waiting hours for meds, sending him home with incorrect medical supplies, not making sure everything on the post-op list had been accomplished) changed this from what could have been an outstanding experience to a merely passable one.
