Welllll, I guess I should have read the reviews first. I decide to spend nearly 5k on a sofa and recliner, thinking my experience would be better than your typical Ashley furniture. It arrives today at my door and the power sofa recliner doesn't work. What should have been a 10 minute delivery took an hour and a half, and the delivery guy ended up "fixing" it for me, after I went to Walgreens for some electrical tape. Nothing from my sales associate Amy, even though I called her immediately. Dead silence from everyone. Finally I called the warranty service center and they are sending someone out. And to think I could have saved 3k at Ashley and had working furniture.
