  • Z Gallerie has one of the worst Company Policies!!! DO NOT sign up for their credit card, they will look for ANY excuse to screw their customers with late fees and other penalties. I paid my account in full with a $1200 payment on Jan. 5, 18. Apparently my final payment was a few days late. They accepted my payment, but instead ofZero'ing out the account, they sent me a new bill for a $27 late fee. I was out of town for a month, so when I got back they had sent a 2nd notice tacking on another $27 late fee for an account that had been previously paid in full. I called Comenity Bank which services Z Gallery's credit card. I asked nicely for forgiveness of at least one of the late fees since I had initially sent my $1200 payment only a few days late (and during the holidays!!). Comenity informed me that it is official Z Gallerie policy NOT to allow any forgiveness on late fees for ANY reason. Thus, they cannot give me any forgiveness on either of the 2 late fees that were charged on an account that had a zero balance. This is how Z Gallerie and Comenity Bank treats their customers!!! Disgraceful!! Needless to say, I've made my last purchase from Z Gallerie!!
