  • These are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They never do a good job on any of my items and then the attitude on top of that. But, the incident I had today will forever sway me from visiting this location again. I took my son's Army Dress Blues in today to wear to church on Christmas Eve. He got leave at the very last minute and really needed his uniform cleaned and pressed. I took it in and asked if I could GLADLY pay a little more for rush service. He said NO. I should plan better and bring my items in on a more timely schedule. What???? Did he hear what I said? My son got a last minute leave from the Army? He said he couldn't have them done for 6 days. He was so rude to me I actually stood there and cried. Which is out of character entirely for me. I have lived in Belmont for many, many years. I wish the whole town would boycott these rude people and run their butts outta here.
