  • CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: After experiencing problems with brand new granite installed in a new home in Las Vegas, I called Silver Slate Floor Restoration for an opinion and estimate to resolve the problems myself. I called after hours to make an appointment and left a message. I received a returned call very quickly and made the appointment. The gentleman on the telephone was very friendly and professional. On the appointment day, the employee was prompt. He pointed out additional installation problems with the granite and indicated it would be expensive to repair. The employee suggested I continue to deal with the home builder, and I agreed. The employee also documented the granite imperfections, poor installation issues, and his opinion that the repair efforts by the home builder's contractor actually made matters worse. Although I did not receive any services from Silver State Floor Restoration beyond the estimate and consultation, they are clearly upfront and professional. I will definitely reach out to them when in need of surfacing services.
