  • This is by far the worst dry cleaner in the area. They do a terrible job and we have had to replace dress hooks twice because the dresses came back without them. We picked up two dresses last weekend and they are ruined. "Fran" who runs the front counter, is a terrible person to interact with and has a rotten disposition every single time you drop off your clothes. These are examples of two dresses we picked up this weekend. We have found a new dry cleaner and would never use again or recommend Perfect Touch to anyone. The dress in the photo is black and was purchased less than a month ago from Banana Republic. There are pills all over the front and back of this dress.
