  • Update: Honeymoon period over. They take too long in the drive thru. They take too long to acknowledge you when you walk in and wait for your mobile order. Honestly, why else would I walk in and wait by the pick up window? I understand that you need to finish the drink you were working on, but why would you start filling another order without simply handing me my drink from behind the glass? On more occasions than I can count, they've handed me a cup with coffee sloshed all over the sides and a poor fitting lid. One girl even ignored the fact that it sloshed on her hand and the counter as she set it down. I asked for another cup, she set the stained cup into another and the proceeded to SET THE NEW CUP IN THE PUDDLE OF PREVIOUSLY SPILLED COFFEE! Left this review 5 months ago: It's the honeymoon period and I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts. The employees are friendly and talkative, the drink ratios are up to par, service is fast and the orders roll out accurately. This is my new favorite location!
