My daughter had two flat tires needing to be repaired. We had the car towed to the store on a Friday night and requested they replace all four tires, perform an oil change and replace the burned out tail light. On Saturday I received a call from the store saying they would not be able to get the work done on Saturday but could have it done by 4pm on Sunday. When we showed up on Sunday at 4, the work hadn't been started. They agreed to start the work right away. After another hour of waiting, we inquired about why the work was still not being done and were told that they had misplaced the keys. Eventually, the keys were located and most of the work completed. They did not take care of the tail light, they failed to put the valve stem caps on and did not attach the oil filter properly. Now I have a gallon of 5W-30 on my garage floor, a dry dipstick and a burned out tail light to address. At least I have brand new tires. Never again will I trust Farm and Fleet with caring for any aspect of my fleet.
