This place is a must for game lovers and people like me who dabble in specific old school games. I still love my SNES, and they have located or had the rare games I've wanted to buy that I played when I was younger. Sometimes it takes a while for trade ins, but that's just how business goes, they have to make sure your games and systems work, otherwise when you buy a refurbished game or system from them, don't you want it to work to? Common sense... So, while you wait you can play whatever game on whatever console you want, leave and run an errand or be upset that someone who potentially is going to give you the most money for something you don't want/need anymore has a job to do and that's not to drop everything to attend your needs. I honestly don't see how anyone could complain about this place. I've been in a hundred times and received nothing but politeness and awesome conversation with the employees, managers, and whom I believe is the owner.
