SO DIRTY! Don't waste your money here like my friends and I did. We were really excited to check it out, but as soon as we walked in and saw the place we should've turned around. Ended up paying $25 for the shortest and least enjoyable pedicure I've ever had. I think the whole thing took maybe ten minutes tops. On top of that all my toenails were cut unevenly. They look terrible, but I'll have to wait to grow them out before trimming. Especially because in some places they were cut down into the cuticle--not good. The tech working on me was really struggling just applying polish. I get the impression she had no real training and little experience. The paint on my right foot looked pretty bad but I didn't want to ask her to try again since it seemed to be a skill level issue. She never asked me if I was happy, she just dropped the bill and moved on to next customer. I don't know how much sanitizing they're doing...surprised the health inspector hasn't cited them. Other concerns: several staff members had pretty sloppy appearance and no one was very friendly. Chairs are difficult and dangerous to get out of, my friend almost fell trying to get out. Biggest concern was hygiene though. The chairs and floors were disgusting. I don't want to even think about the tools. My two friends and I all left unhappy and said we would never go back.
