  • This is just a basic apartment complex. Nothing about the apartments themselves is special. They are a little tacky. The person who painted our cabinets didn't bother to take off the knobs so they are covered in paint. The appliances are cheap. However, I have lived here a year and never had a bug infestation problem. I don't know what these reviews are talking about. I had ants once but I did once at my old house. It can happen anywhere. I got some traps and took care of the problem. No big deal. What really saves this place is the staff. The girls at the front office have always been so kind to me. They are attentive and always help me right away. The maintenance guys are also really great. For the how cheaply priced these are, you get what you pay for.
