Long story of woe short, these guys are d-bags. The most intense, almost interrogation like sales tactics I've ever seen. Seven calls the day before I come in, and then pulling the BS of holding onto my car keys until I told them seven times I would not be buying a car that day. Nothing I enjoy more than being held hostage deep in Mesa. Was getting ready to put a call into the SEALS to come and get me.
Best of all was their inability to understand what the term "let me think about it" means. Seven more calls the next day, eight or nine emails, and this attitude of "we're doing you a favor by letting you buy a car from us" sort of made me want to vomit all over the salesman.
I ended up buying the exact same vehicle for $3000 less, with 200 fewer miles, at Riverview Toyota.
