  • My review is mainly based on the bang for the buck effect...and this hotel doesn't give you that. For the price that they charge for their outdated rooms that have this particular smell that reminds you of an old building is not a cool thing for me. Don't get me wrong, the staff, and the customer service that they provide their clientele is very good...but, it's a shame that they're very expensive. I won't come back to this hotel...I would rather go Downtown Cleveland, Ohio to pay around the same price with an outstanding view. It just doesn't make any sense for their outrages pricing of their rooms.
